Vakh for communities

Give your group a home.

Outings, sessions, photos, and members' notes for your running club, trekking group, or book circle, in one place people can follow.

Set up your group See it in action

The group lives in a chat. The next outing is somewhere above two hundred messages. New people ask the same questions every week. Photos from the last trek are on someone's phone. When the organiser goes quiet, the group goes quiet.

The core team posts an outing once, and it appears in the feed, on the calendar, and on the map for anyone who follows. Members add photos and comments through their own boards, and the core team approves what appears. Questions get answers instead of scrolling away, a book circle keeps its reading list, a team keeps fixtures and results. A private log holds the group's own notes, and applications give new people a way to ask to join. Members join by approval, so the group keeps its memory when organisers change.

Organisers, and organisations

Bringing members in? That can count.

Every month the PLI pilot sets aside part of our marketing budget as a pool. You earn points when members join Vakh through your links, when you post regularly, and when people respond to what you post, and your share of the points is your share of the pool. Running a community for an organisation? Clubs, federations, brands, and civic programmes run communities that need more than a chat group. We work with organisations to shape the forms, badges, and permissions their community needs.
