Vakh for campus

Everything your campus runs on.

Mess menu, lost and found, senior notes, club rosters, fest entries, placement dates. One place, in the order it happened.

It is a WhatsApp group, or a Google Form, or a sheet somebody's senior owns. The group scrolls past the thing you needed. The form's replies sit in a spreadsheet one person opens. The sheet leaves with them when they graduate. Next year's batch starts from nothing.

Each of those becomes a board with its own fields and its own rule about who can post. A freshers' guide that seniors keep. Notes and past papers sorted by subject and semester. Club events on a calendar and a map, with fixtures and standings when the club is a team. A fest open call that takes entries through one link and publishes a gallery. An alumni wall. A campus journal with pitches and editors. Your club's roster is a badge, so it survives handover, and next year the batch below you inherits all of it.

And more

A campus is more than one board.

Tournaments with standings. A club's kit list and private log. A campus journal. Notes by subject and semester. An alumni wall.

Classmates, colleges, and clubs

Bringing classmates in? That can count.

Every month the PLI pilot sets aside part of our marketing budget as a pool. You earn points when classmates join Vakh through your links, when you post regularly, and when people respond to what you post, and your share of the points is your share of the pool. Running this for a college or a club instead? We work with institutions and student bodies to set Vakh up around how the campus actually runs, with the permissions and views each group needs.
