Today
Work arrives as messages: an order in one chat, a photo of a receipt in another, "did anyone log this?" in a third. The spreadsheet is three versions old and lives on one laptop.
Vakh for teams
Orders, invoices, timesheets, requests. Build the form once; work arrives structured.

With Vakh
Each process has its own form, and every entry has the same fields. Tasks with an owner and a due date. Orders, a cashbook, sales and purchase invoices. Internal notices, an enquiry inbox, a feedback form. Staff post from their phones. You see a table, a board by status, a calendar, and a dashboard that answers the Friday question before it is asked. A team badge decides who can see and edit what. The chat goes back to being a chat.
See it in action
Tasks as a status board, a table, a due-date calendar, and a dashboard. The Whole setup tab shows the other boards in this set.
The Tasks form is private. The Team badge grants read, create, and edit access.
Text, numbers, dates, options, files, places, people. One form per process, and nothing arrives half-filled.
Staff post orders. Accounts see invoices. A badge carries the access, so nobody sees what you did not allow.
Import what you track today. Export what you build here.
And more
A cashbook and invoices. Notices and an enquiry inbox. Bookings for the services you offer. Your assistant filing entries over MCP.
The chat goes back to being a chat.
For companies
Every company already has work moving through chat, forms, and sheets. We work with teams to shape Vakh around how they actually operate, so the structure fits the work rather than the other way round.
